5 NEWS UPDATE: Deputies Find Vehicle Involved in Fatal Hit and Run, Release Victim's Name

UPDATE 10/28/13:

Sheriff Mark Brady said 24-year-old Clinton Deem was the man found dead along the Beverly 5 Lane on Sunday morning.

Brady said Deem was formerly of Clarksburg, but was living in Elkins.

He also said they've found the vehicle they believe was involved in the fatal hit and run. It was found Sunday night at a home in Randolph County.

They also have a person of interest, but no arrests have been made.

ORIGINAL STORY 10/27/13:

The Randolph County Sheriff's Department needs your help figuring out who hit and killed a man with a vehicle early Sunday morning just outside of Elkins.

Sheriff Mark Brady said they got the call around 11:00 AM Sunday that someone found a body along the Beverly 5 Lane.

After deputies reviewed surveillance video, they've found the man was hit by a vehicle around 3:00 AM.

They haven't released a description of the vehicle yet, and aren't releasing the name of the man who was killed.

They are asking anyone with information to call the Randolph County Sheriff's Department at (304)-636-2111.
