One man is dead after his car crossed the center line on Route 20 and struck a truck Tuesday morning.
Harrison County deputies said a 34-year-old West Union/Salem area man was driving towards Buckhannon when he crossed the line around 9:30 a.m., hitting the truck. He died at the scene.
Four people in the truck were taken to United Hospital Center but they're expected to be OK.
Deputies are still trying to figure out what caused the man to go out of his lane. They're not releasing his name until his family is notified.

5 News has confirmed that one person is dead after an accident Tuesday morning on Route 20 in Nutter Fort.
According to investigators, the accident involved a car and a truck. One person was pronounced dead on the scene, and others were taken to United Hospital Center.
Route 20 is expected to be shut down for several hours as crews clean up the scene.
