5 NEWS UPDATE: Man and Infant Killed in Barbour County Accident

UPDATE 12:45 PM 10/28/13:

Two people, including an infant, were killed Monday morning after an accident in Barbour County.

Troopers said Janel Sturm driving a Dodge Dakota somehow rolled the truck on Route 250 near Diane's Restaurant in Belington.

One of her passengers, 7-week-old Raele Felton, was thrown from the truck, and died on scene.

Her other passenger, 29-year-old Travis Felton, was flown to Ruby, where he later died.

Sturm was taken to Broaddus Hospital, but was treated and released.

When asked if the infant was in a child safety seat, troopers said it was under investigation. They also said the cause of the accident was under investigation.

ORIGINAL STORY 5:30 AM 10/28/13:

We're working to get more information about an accident in Barbour County from early Monday morning.

The accident happened around 1:00 a.m. Monday, on Route 250 near Diane's Restaurant in Belington.

No word on how many people were involved or how serious their injuries are.
