Our roads are like this because Governor TOmblin doesn't want to spend the money we have to fix them. Instead, he's hoarding the 'excess' for his own agenda. He is pretending like Manchin going around telling us how we need an Infrastructure Bank to fix things when we have the money now. It's another liberal taxation plan to deceive us into higher taxes. THINK ABOUT IT: INFRASTRUCTURE "BANK?" Vote these clowns out!
