5 NEWS UPDATE: Wanted Fugitive Found By U.S. Marshals

U.S. Marshals say a tip from a 5 News viewer helped them find a man wanted for a parole violation. 23-year-old Anthony Roy Merritt was found in Wilsonburg. He is now in custody, and has been turned over to parole officials.

Authorities said one man has been avoiding law enforcement and now,  the U.S. Marshals are asking for your help to track him down.

23-year-old Anthony Roy Merritt is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service's Mountain State Fugitive Task Force for a parole violation.
He's 6' tall and weighs 190 pounds. Merritt has brown hair and blue eyes. He has skull tattoos on the back of his left forearm and the upper area of his left arm, as well as one reading 'Tresa' on his right forearm.
