Do you need help with some yard work or winter cleanup? Well, a group of students at one local college are here to help!

Students at Alderson Broaddus will be going around the community on the weekend of April 27th and 28th.

They're asking for people around Barbour County to call them if they need help with household chores. The students will also be volunteering with kids, as well as doing several service projects around campus.

"It's for morale for the school, we love to get involved in the community, and sometimes it's hard to do. Students are busy, we're up on top of the hill, people don't have transportation down into town, so an already planned event is a great way for people to give back," said Sarah Geist, director of community outreach at AB.

If you're interested in having the students help you out, you can call Geist at (304)-457-6235.
