Barbour County Man Arrested on Several Charges

Barbour County deputies arrested a man on wanton endangerment and obstructing charges Thursday night.
49 year-old Randy Shaw apparently fired off a gun around his neighbors after they got into an argument.
Shaw was only firing off blank shells.
Those shells didn't hit anyone, and no one was hurt in the incident.
