A Barrackville woman was arrested over the weekend, for allegedly taking multiple prescription drugs while she was supposed to be caring for two children.

Deputies said Megan Goff told them she had taken Xanax, Benzos, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and had also been drinking. That was all while a 10 and 12 year old were inside the home.
Goff apparently told deputies that she didn't care what the two kids did, as long as they got her cigarettes.
She was taken to Fairmont General Hospital for a possible overdose, then charged with child abuse creating risk of injury.
