The West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival was at the Bridgeport Conference Center tonight raising funds for this year's festivities.
The third annual Bella Notte Valentine's Celebration included a cocktail hour, dinner, and entertainment and dancing. Officials with the fundraiser were expecting over 200 people to attend.
"After dinner we have local vocalists who actually perform love songs and some dance songs. People will get up on the dance floor. [It's] just a way to kind of get the community out and involved. And of course it's a fundraiser for the West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival," Chairman Tyler Terango told 5 News.
Local entertainers were invited including saxophone player Brandon Leroy who played during the cocktail hour.
