The outside walls are up and work is going smoothly at the Lewis County Courthouse Annex in Weston.
Construction workers have been on site since last summer building the new addition to the current courthouse. When it's finished, the county commission offices, magistrate court and family court are just some of the offices that will all be in that building.
Commissioners and the sheriff's department are working to hire security officers to protect both courthouses.
The building is expected to be done around April.
