Digital Learning Day; Students at Randolph County School Design Video Games

Wouldn't it be nice to just sit around and play video games all day.  Well students at one local school got to do just that during one of their classes, but with an educational twist.
More than 2,000 students across the country celebrated Digital Learning Day on Wednesday, but for students at Tygart Valley Middle & High School, digital learning is something they're doing everyday.
Through Globaloria these students not only learn how the video games work, but they get to design these education games all on their own.
The hands on work they do, gives them skills that they'll need in the ever advancing world of technology. 
In honor of Digital Learning Day, they opened their doors to show off exactly what they're doing.  Click the video above to take a look.

I wish I'd had the opportunity to attend classes like this in grade school!

My daughter is part of this program also, it has learned her alot and it will carry on with her through her life. Thanks for haveing a program that this.
