Early Morning Fire Destroys Harrison County Home

The State Fire Marshal's Office said the Clarksburg house fire is undetermined, but they're still investigating what sparked the blaze.

Original:

An early morning fire destroyed a home in Harrison County on Sunday morning.

According to officials, the fire broke out around 4:00 a.m. along West Virginia Avenue. No one was living in the home at the time, but it is being considered a total loss.

No word yet on what sparked this fire or whether it is being considered suspicious. The Clarksburg Fire Department and Clarksburg Police Department are investigating.
