A two-vehicle accident had traffic backed up for a while on a busy Clarksburg road Saturday evening.
It happened right around 8:00 p.m. on Emily Drive, near the Post Office. Police said one car was pulling out onto the main road from Texas Roadhouse, when another on-coming vehicle t-boned that car.
It was initially reported that one of the vehicles was on fire, but police said it was just smoke from the airbags. Police said one man was taken to UHC with unknown injuries.
According to 911 officials, at least one person had to be cut out of their vehicle. The extrication was completed by the Clarksburg Fire Department. Clarksburg Police and Bridgeport EMS also responded to this accident.
