UPDATE 11/14/12:
Charles Marsh was in Barbour County court on Wednesday to ask for a bond reduction.
The judge decided to change Marsh's bond to a $150,000 surety bond.
That will allow him to use property to post bond.
ORIGINAL STORY 11/8/12:
The Barbour County Sheriff's Department arrested a man on second degree murder charges on Thursday.
33 year-old Charles Marsh was arraigned Thursday morning after he turned himself in.
Deputies said Marsh got into a fight with Gregory Durst at the Double Deuce Tavern in Meadowville on October 13th.
He apparently hit Durst with a beer bottle.
Durst fell to the floor and never regained consciousness. He died ten days later.
Marsh is being held on a $150,000 cash only bond.
