A drive-by shooting in Fairmont early Tuesday morning sent one man to the hospital and now police need help finding out who's responsible.

It happened around 2:20 a.m. on the 500 block of Front Street. Apparently two people were walking home from a bar, when a vehicle drove by and opened fire. Neighbors told us they heard three gun shots.
Police said 35-year-old Samuel Hine was shot once in his left thigh. He was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital, but is expected to be okay.
Police said they don't have any suspects at this time. If you have any information, contact Det. Matt Lewis with the Fairmont Police Detective Division at (304) 366-2217.

I hate to say this but if the person that got shot would have been home in bed at 2:20 am and not leaving a bar, maybe he wouldn't have got shot.
