5 NEWS UPDATE (12/17):

Investigators have confirmed that 48-year-old Gregory Beucher, a Pennsylvania resident, was the man who was killed in this accident.

5 News has confirmed that one man is dead after his vehicle rolled on it's top in Preston County Saturday.

It happened around 4:30 p.m. Saturday evening on Route 7, near Cascade.  The man was driving west, about a mile outside of Masontown, when he somehow lost control, hit an embankment, and rolled the vehicle on its top.

Right now, police aren't releasing his name, but we do know he was a 48 year-old man from Vanderbilt, Pennsylvania.

The road was also shut down for a little more than two hours.

The Preston County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
