Police are now investigating a Facebook page that features some pictures of several men and women in our area because the title of this page refers to all of these people as being promiscuous.
This web page that has some local Facebook users buzzing with controversy.
We would like to warn you that the name of this page, some of you might find offensive is called "Hoes on Blast."
Since it was created just three days ago it has had residents, especially in the Clarksburg area, not only disgusted but aggravated.
As of right now the Clarksburg Police Department is investigating the creation of the page because it brings into question cyber-bullying and harassment.
"It's unlawful for anyone to use a computer to harass someone, or with the intent to harass. Particularly if they remain anonymous as they have on this particular page. It does not have a name, it's a title or a descriptor." said Sargent Jason Webber with the Clarksburg Police
5 News did try to reach out to the administrators of this controversial site, but as of Thursday we've had no luck getting in contact with them. However, police want it to be known that cyber-bullying and criminal harassment are offenses with fines, and potential jail time.
