A Fairmont man is behind bars, over accusations that he punched another man in the face and cut his ear with a knife.
According to a criminal complaint, witnesses told police that Ronald Kovach, II, 42, cut the man's right ear. That man was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital, where he had to get around 10 stitches and had to spend the night to possibly have surgery.
