Family Looking for Woman Last Seen in Morgantown Area

Family members of Joyce Horner need your help trying to make contact with a 19 year-old woman who they claim is missing.

The Horner family said they haven't heard from the young woman since October 20. Family members said she was staying in the Morgantown area and that's where she was last seen. They officially reported her missing on Wednesday.

According to her relatives, she is between 5'3" and 5'5" weighs around 120 lbs. She has blonde hair and blue eyes.

A report has been filed with the Monongalia County Sheriff's Department and officials said they're looking into the matter.

Family could not find her, police could not find her, but Facebook found her. Special luv and hugs to all that helped to find Joyce Horner? She called her mom to let her know she was ok. She is struggling financially and used someone's phone to call. Thank you to all for your help.
