Four People Facing Multiple Meth-Related Charges in Braxton County

Four people from Braxton County were arrested Saturday night after police found them with meth and ingredients to make the drug.
Police said they were driving on I-79 South when they saw two suspicious cars parked about a half mile south of exit 79. In one of the vehicles, police found William Cottrill, 33, and Belinda Riffle, 24, along with a fire arm, a bag of meth and other drug paraphernalia. In another car, police searched John Ball, 37, and Jason Huff, 33, who also had meth and prescription pills. Police told 5 News they believe Ball and Huff were trading pills for Cottrill's meth.
Cottrill, Riffle, Ball and Huff are all being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
Cottrill is charged with possession of a substance used as a precursor to make meth, delivery of controlled substance, conspiracy to operate a clandestine drug lab, possession with intent to deliver and felon in possession of a firearm. He's being held on a $75,000 bond.
Ball is charged with possession of a substance used as a precursor to make meth, conspiracy to operate a meth lab and conspiracy to deliver controlled substance. He is also being held on a $75,000 bond.
Huff is charged with conspiracy to operate a meth lab and possession of a substance used as a precursor to make meth. He's being held on a $50,000 bond.
Riffle is charged with possession of a substance used as a precursor to make meth and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance. She's being held on a $25,000 bond.
