Looking For "The Best Job"? Try Looking At Teeth

If you're in the process of looking for a job for yourself have you ever considered taking a look at teeth?
Well, maybe you should. That's because according to the folks from US News a dentist has the best job in the country.

There's a phrase all jobs aren't created equal. That's pretty evident in the recent report released by US News.
The top 10 jobs in the country are filled with tech and healthcare jobs. The reason? They aren't going away anytime soon.
The profession that tops them all is dentistry.
According to that report their average salary is around $140-thousand a year.
Doctor Mark Lilly, a dentist with Lilly Family Dentistry in Bridgeport, said there are definitely some perks to the job.
Lilly mentioned he gets to make his own hours.
As for schooling dentists typically get a bachelors degree, which usually requires for years worth of college, then it's four more years to become a dentist.
Lilly said you also have to be a people person if you want to be a dentist.
"If you enjoy people and interacting with people then this is a great business to be in," Lilly said. "I've learned much more from my patients than I've ever taught them. I try to teach them something every time they come in."
The report by US News also mentioned there's a lot of room for growth in the industry. Experts predict the profession should grow by about 20 % by 2020.
In the Mountain State there's only one school of dentistry. That school is West Virginia University School of Dentistry.
