Preston County Man Arrested on Meth Related Charges

On Sunday, August 31, 2014, the Preston County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the residence of Donald Carl Stout, 65, of 1249 Coal Lick Road, Albright, WV, for Operating a Clandestine Drug Laboratory.
 
The search of the residence and property revealed evidence that Mr. Stout had been manufacturing Methamphetamine.  Mr. Stout was not home at the time, but a warrant was issued for his arrest and he was arrested on September 2, 2014 without incident.  
 
He was charged with Operating a Clandestine Drug Laboratory, which is a felony punishable by a 2 – 10 year prison sentence and/or a fine of $5,000 - $25,000.  Mr. Stout was incarcerated in lue of a $150,000.00 bond.

And again.....if the news media wouldn't tell on the air the ingredients to make this crap, maybe people wouldn't know what it takes to make it. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.
