Police in Randolph County arrested three men this weekend, after they found a meth lab in an Elkins apartment.

It all started after officers got a complaint that copper pipes were stolen from a Davis Avenue apartment building.

Once they got on scene, they found the pipes in a car parked outside.

The building owner told officers she thought it belonged to someone inside one of the apartments.

They went to that apartment and found 25 year-old Michael Ketterman, 32 year-old Jason Hebb, and 38 year-old Carl Manley.

They also found a meth lab and the ingredients to make the drug inside.
