There are two patients left at Ruby Memorial Hospital from that train accident that happened October 11th.

According to investigators a logging truck collided with a train in Randolph County. The truck driver was killed and many others were injured.

While 5 News originally reported one of the last remaining patients named Mark Phillip had been released from Ruby,  family members told us that he is still at the hospital.

His condition is unknown at this time. The other female patient from the crash is in fair condition. Her name has not been released.

Investigators are still working on what could have led to this accident.
