An arrest was made last week in an almost three year old murder case, and now investigators are looking for another man in that same case.

Last week 37-year-old  Ennis Charles Payne was arrested and charged with one count of murder in the death of Jayar Poindexter. Poindexter was shot and killed in his apartment at the Quarry complex.

The U.S. Marshals Service and Mountain State Fugitive Task Force now say 35-year-old Darnell Carlton Bouie of Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania is wanted on a first degree murder charge.

Bouie is described as a black man, about 6-feet tall, and weighing 185 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and scars on his face, chest, and abdomen.  If you have any information that could help in this investigation call the U.S. Marshals Service at 304-623-0486
