Westover city officials and Monongalia County Commissioners are going to be back in court. That's because as expected Westover Officials have appealed the commission's decision to deny their most recent attempts to annex the Morgantown Mall.

Commissioners have already denied their attempts twice to claim part of the mall as their own.

The petition filed in court asks for a judge to overturn the county's decision rather than sending it back to the commission.

City officials claim members of the commission didn't follow the judge's orders after the city appealed the first annexation deal.
