Things got hairy the further east you went on Tuesday. Wet snow is causing real problems for some people.
Viewers from Preston, Randoplh and Webster Counties sent us photos of some places that are trying to dig out more than two feel of snow. One woman in Randolph County said she's a little over five feet tall and she has to lean down in order to walk inside her home in Mill Creek.
The snow and rain is making her roof cave in. The older woman has called 911, the fire department and the governor's office with no luck. She's asking for your help to the snow off her roof before she's injured.
"I need help. I wouldn't have called. I wouldn't even have called. I don't like asking for help. But my goodness, if I don't get something done - I'm going to wind up getting hurt," said Carolyn Louk.

If you can help her out, e-mail Carolyn at

I feel so sorry for this lady. What is wrong with people helping each other anymore. You would think 911 or the Fire Department could help her. As for the Governer's office I though they were there to assist people. And this lady is in need of help.
