The widow of Weston man who died in a crash over the summer is now suing his employer.

24-year old Richard Detamore died, and co-worker Jacob Forrest was injured in a crash on I-79 on July 11, near the Pennsylvania state border.

According to media outlets, Detamore's widow, Ashley, filed a lawsuit in the Mon County Circuit Court against Nabors Well Services and Nabors Industries saying Detamore and Forrest were exhausted from excessive work hours.

The lawsuit also says the company doctored Detamore's final paycheck saying he took six hours of vacation time the day before his death.
