For this weeks Monday's Most Wanted 5 News is taking you to Mon County. About two weeks ago there were three armed robberies in a seven day period and police in Mon County are still trying to find the people responsible.

We'll start with the very first incident that happened along Demain Avenue on Sunday, August 17 around 12:30 in the morning. A man apparently pulled out a handgun, demanded valuables from a victim, and then fled the scene on foot.

Anyone with information should call the Morgantown Police Department at 304-284-7522.

Morgantown Police are also looking for four men who allegedly attempted to rob two victims on Willey Street on Thursday Morning, August 21 just before 2 a.m.

Officers say the suspects apparently approached the victims and demanded money and valuables before running away. The suspects also allegedly hit the victims several times. The four suspects are described as three black men and one white man.

If you know anything call the Morgantown Police Department at 304-284-7522.

Just two days later, the most recent incident happened on Saturday night August 23. Troopers said a woman told them two black men broke into her apartment at Campus Ridge on Wedgewood Drive through a first floor window around 4:30 at night. The victim was allegedly held at gunpoint by one man, while the other stole her belongings.
