Deputies in Upshur County are trying to find a man who hasn't shown up to court. Ronald McCarty is the man we're talking about. According to investigators, he's wanted on a failure to appear charge.

If you know where he is, call the Upshur County Sheriff's Department at 304-472-1180.

Your help is also needed to find the person who robbed a convenience store in Marion County this weekend.

Officers said the man walked into the White Hall Little General store, pulled out a gun and demanded money. He got an unknown amount of cash and then drove away.

Police said they're looking for a white man, between 5'5" and 5'7" with a stocky build. He was also seen wearing a Carhartt jacket with a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and ski mask. He was last seen driving an older model white Oldsmobile Alero.

If you saw anything, call White Hall police at 304-367-0171.
