The one person deputies are looking for was just placed on their list Monday morning.
Carl Wayne Welch's trial was set to begin Monday morning in Harrison County; however, he never showed up for it so now a capias warrant has been issued for his arrest. Welch was arrested last year for allegedly inappropriately touching a 7-year-old girl. The 59-year-old man is about 6'2" and weighs around 165 pounds. He has blue eyes and gray hair.

Police in Weston are still looking for the man who robbed a convenience store last week.
According to police, on Thanksgiving night, the suspect walked into the 7-Eleven on North Main Avenue around 7:45. That's when he demanded money from the clerk, grabbed the cash and ran away.
The man was wearing camouflage bibs, a hooded sweatshirt and something covering his face. If you can help investigators, call Weston Police at 304-269-3207.
The Randolph County Sheriff's Department also needs your help finding another armed robbery suspect. They're looking for the man who smashed a window with a crowbar at the Mountaineer Mart in Norton on the November 17. Police say he ended up walking through the doors and stealing 19 cartons of cigarettes. The suspect is described as 6'0" with a medium build. He was wearing jeans, a dark colored jacket, tan work boots and his face was covered.
