Monday's Most Wanted: Week of 7/22

The Monongalia County Sheriff's Department is looking for Shawn Carter.

They said the 38-year-old man is wanted for failure to appear. He was originally charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. Carter is 5'11" tall and weighs around 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

If you know where police could find him, call the Monongalia County Sheriff's Department at 304-291-7291.

In Harrison County, the sheriff's department needs your help finding a man who apparently is violating his probation.

Investigators said they have a capias warrant out for Jessie A. Covington. This warrant is because of that alleged probation violation. Deputies believe he may be in the Harrison County or Upshur County areas.

If you have any information about him that may help investigators, call the Harrison County Sheriff's Department at 304-623-6655.

Also in Harrison County, the Bridgeport Police need your help solving a larceny investigation.

The man in these pictures from Gabriel Brothers, is a person of interest in a larceny. Officers believed it happened sometime between July 3 and July 5.
