18 new cases of COVID-19 reported in West Virginia Friday evening
CHARLESTON, W.Va (WDTV) - West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources officials reported 18 new cases of COVID-19 in the Mountain State Friday evening.
That brings the total count to 2,730.
As of 10 a.m., health officials say there have been 162,663 total confirmatory laboratory results received for COVID-19, with 2,730 total cases and 92 deaths.
Date from DHHR said 636 cases are currently active and 2,002 people recovered.
DHHR officials also reported that 33 people with COVID-19 are hospitalized, with 10 people in ICU and four people on ventilators.
