Family of juvenile with autism found wandering located, state police says

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Family members of a juvenile who was discovered wandering alone on Wednesday morning have been located, according to West Virginia State Police.
The young child and her family have been reunited at the hospital, troopers say.
The juvenile with autism was found wandering around 7 a.m. on Ferguson Road near the baseball field.
State Police say family of the 15-year-old were sleeping when she wandered off.
The girl walked about a mile from her house before being found.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - West Virginia State Police is working to identify a child that was found wandering on a roadway on Wednesday morning.
The child with autism was found along Ferguson Road near the baseball field, troopers report.
Troopers say the juvenile who was found around 7 a.m. is unable to communicate with them.
The child’s age is unknown.
