Cody Wilson joined the WSAZ News Team in September 2021. He produces the 10PM on the Tri-State CW.
Though his formidable years were spent in Northeastern Tennessee, Cody is a native resident of Cabell County, West Virginia, and a lifelong viewer of WSAZ NewsChannel 3.
He graduated with honors from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications with concentration of Radio/TV/Film.
While at ETSU, Cody trained under notable journalists and professors in broadcast, such as: Steve Hawkins, Tammy Hayes, and Nate Morabito.
When not in the newsroom, Cody enjoys photography, listening to music, journaling, and serving as a member of his church’s praise band as a piano player.
Cody and his wife, Beverly, live in Gallipolis, Ohio, where they are raising their little Cavapoo puppy, Nyla.
