Justin Clark of Marion County pleaded guilty to 2nd-degree murder in the 2017 shooting of Frank Newbrough.
A 2nd-degree murder sentencing is between 10 to 40 years in prison. Clark's exact sentence will not be determined until after a pre-sentence investigation requested by Clark in his plea.
Once the investigation is complete, a sentencing hearing will be held, where Taylor County prosecutor John Bord will give his recommendation for sentencing.
A woman from Fairmont has pleaded guilty to two charges in connection with a 2017 murder investigation in Taylor County.
According to Taylor County Prosecuting Attorney John Bord, 31-year-old Samantha Dakon Clark pleaded guilty to one count of voluntary manslaughter as a principal in the second degree, and one count of child neglect.
This is in connection with the murder of Frank Newbrough, whose body was found along Riverside Drive and Yates Avenue in June of 2017. Police say Justin Clark was charged with murder.
Dakon Clark is currently in North Central Regional Jail on a $100,000 bond.

According to Sheriff Austin of Taylor County, 27-year-old Justin Edward Clark of Fairmont has been arrested for the June 23rd murder of Frank Newbrough.
Newbrough was found dead in his car along Riverside Drive and Yates Avenue in Grafton. Officials said Newbrough appeared to have been shot.
The investigation is still ongoing.
