BARBOUR COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV) - The Barbour County Community Educational Outreach Service hosted it's annual winter fair Saturday, an event for the whole family.
The Belington Fire Hall was full of food, live music, and vendors, ranging from book tables, jewelry stations, hand-carved wood art, to home decor. All of the money raised at the two-day event is given back to the community through monetary donations. The Barbour County CEOS donates to various organizations within the county including the fire department, library, animal shelters, and more.. Every March, the community gets together to celebrate the winter fair.
"We have a lot of participation from different communities. So, it's a county thing" says President of the Barbour County CEOS Betty Daugherty.
There were 41 vendors at the winter fair.
