Randolph County woman charged after being found with meth, drug paraphernalia

BARBOUR COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV) -- A Harman woman is behind bars after she was found with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

According to the criminal complaint, 24-year-old Mackala Teter was found sneaking out of a home in Galloway that police were visiting due to a person on parole living there.

Police stopped Teter and found meth and drug paraphernalia on her.

Teter is charged with possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy.
