According to a press release from the Clarksburg Police Department, the name of the man found under Broadway Bridge is Richard Jones, 54, of Clarksburg
Police say Jones had extensive medical history and they do not suspect foul play pending the outcome of the Medical Examiner report.

Clarksburg police, EMT and fire lined the streets of Tuna Street, under the Broadway Bridge in Clarksburg.
The scene cleared quickly after the body was taken from the scene, identified and investigations began.
While the identity of the man has yet to be released by Clarksburg Police, Clarksburg residents on the scene believe it to be a homeless man who was known to have lived under the Broadway Bridge.
Speaking with, who is known, as the sister of the victim, the man had a history of seizures and had lived in the area for many years.
The man was found when three young men were going fishing under the bridge.
"I was going fishing and then I seen him dead by the water. We didn't know what happened so we were just like looking," said one of the young men who found him.
He said when he found the body, the man had injuries to his face as if he had fallen.
Police responded to the scene around 4:45 p.m.

A body was found under the Broadway bridge on East Main Street Monday afternoon, according Harrison County 911 officials.
911 officials say that the Clarksburg Fire Department, Harrison County Emergency Squad and Clarksburg Police Department are on scene.
