BRAXTON COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV) -- A 56-year-old Braxton County man has been charged after telling police that he had sex with a minor multiple times.
According to the criminal complaint, Ercel Nicholson, of Copen, told police that he had sexual intercourse and had performed sexual acts on a minor several times.
Nicholson is charged with sexual assault and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian.
