HARRISON COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV) -- A Clarksburg man has been arrested in Harrison County on drug charges,
According to the criminal complaint, an officer responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Hanover Street on Monday.
The officer approached 29-year-old Carl Davis, who they say was "passed out" in the driver seat. When Davis was aroused, the officer asked him if there were drugs in the vehicle.
Officials say Davis reached for the glove box, and the officer detained them and asked again if there were drugs in the vehicle. Davis said that there were drugs in the glovebox. The officer found marijuana and other drug paraphernalia in the glovebox,
Davis is charged with possession with intent to deliver.
