Crews respond to house fire in Harrison County

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. (WDTV)-- Emergency crews responded to the scene of a house fire in Harrison County late Tuesday night.

According to 911 dispatch, the call came in just before 12:10 a.m., where smoke had been spotted coming from the garage of a home on East Main Street in Bridgeport.

Bridgeport, Anmoore, Nutter Fort and Shinnston Fire Departments all responded to the scene, along with Anmoore EMS and Bridgeport Police Department.

All residents, including their two pets, were able to get out safely.

Bridgeport fire is still investigating what caused the fire.
