SHINNSTON, W.Va. (WDTV) - Crews were busy Tuesday night, working to restore power after storms blew through North Central West Virginia for the second time in just as many days.
Shinnston was one of the harder hit areas. At one point, 2,000 people were without power in the area Tuesday night. By early Wednesday morning, 600 people in Shinnston were still waiting to turn their lights on.
