MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WDTV) -- Those interested in running for a spot on the Morgantown City Council have until February 11th to file.
Certificates of Announcement must either be filed in the City Clerk's office at 389 Spruce Street by 5 p.m. on Feb. 11th or mailed with the announcement postmarked no later than Feb. 11th.
Write-in candidates must file a Certificate of Announcement no later than April 16th.
