Fairmont man accused of having cocaine, heroin, and marijuana in Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, W.Va (WDTV) - A man from Fairmont is facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Morgantown.

According to the criminal complaint, deputies pulled over a car on Greenbag Road after it went left of center and right of the fog line. When deputies pulled over the car, they smelled marijuana and four passengers were detained for probable cause search.

Police performed a pat down on Eric Jackson's front right jacket pocket and allegedly found a large bulge that had four different individually packaged substances. The criminal complaint says police found cocaine, heroin, and marijuana. Jackson allegedly confirmed that's what the substances were.

Jackson is charged with possession with intent to deliver.
