UPDATE: Marion County murder suspects formally indicted
William E. Littleton and Richard Allen Moore II were formally indicted Friday in Marion County.
Littleton, also known as 'Ed' and 'Pumpkin' and Richard Moore were charged with murder after the death of Justin Michael Cassella on December 26th.
Cassella was found dead with a gunshot wound at a home in the 2000 block of Dixie Avenue.
Moore was charged early in the investigation with 1st-degree murder while Littleton was picked up later on thanks to an autonomous tip.
Both have been charged with murder in the first-degree and conspiracy to commit felony controlled substance violations
Officials say William Littleton is in custody after over a week on the run.

Officials say they received an anonymous tip that Littleton was at a home off of Route 310 on Fairmont's East Side. He was arrested Monday at around 8:30 a.m. without any incident.
Fairmont Police, the Marion County Sheriff’s Department and the U.S. Marshals Service took part in the arrest.

A Fairmont man has been charged with 1st-degree murder in the death of a man found shot to death on Wednesday.
Police say 34-year-old Richard Allen Moore II was charged Friday after Justin Michael Cassella was found dead with a gunshot wound at a home in the 2000 block of Dixie Avenue on Wednesday.
Officials say another person of interest is being sought in the case. No further information about that person is being released at this time.
Moore is currently being held at North Central Regional Jail without bond.
