Flood damage cost rises to over $12.8 million

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WDTV) -- On Wednesday, the West Virginia Division of Highways released an updated list of damage costs caused by flooding at the end of July.

The damage cost of 12 counties affected has risen to $12,849,225. The division says this number may change as assessment continues.
