PRESTON COUNTY, W. Va. (WDTV) Hundreds came out to show their support for the Bruceton teenagers involved in a car accident in early February and their families.
The fundraiser was held at the Bruceton-Brandonville Fire Department from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and offered food, raffles and t-shirts for sale.
High school students even came out to sell items in hopes of raising money for the families.
Organizer Mandi Hall says so many have come out because it's just what the community does to support each other.
"This could've been any of us, and if it was me, I would hope that I could have the same kind of thing," said Hall.
The money raised will go toward an account for unpaid medical bills for the boys.
