HARRISON COUNTY, W. Va. (WDTV) - The Robinson Grand Theater was sold out for a special showing of the classic film Gone with the Wind.
As part of an ongoing event series the Robinson Grand sold 900 tickets to their sold out showing of the award winning drama.
The theater credits it's success of the series to the experience they are able to provide to viewers, giving a new perspective on classic films.
"It provides a unique opportunity to see these movies on the big screen, with the surround sound, you know kind of the full experience that you wouldn't be able to have otherwise," Bobby Rexroad, operations manager of the Robinson Grand said
Coming up the theater will be doing a special showing of a movie directed by a native West Virginian, highlighting coal workers in the Appalachia.
