UPDATE: Both lanes on I-79 southbound reopen after tractor trailer accident

I-79 southbound is shut down after a tractor trailer jackknifed and blocked both lanes around mile marker 109 Tuesday morning, according to Harrison County 911 officials.

Both lanes on I-79 southbound have reopened after a tractor trailer jackknifed and shutdown both lanes near mile marker 109 Tuesday morning, according to 911 officials.

911 officials say the the scene has been cleared.

I-79 southbound is shut down after a tractor trailer jackknifed and blocked both lanes around mile marker 109 Tuesday morning, according to Harrison County 911 officials.

911 officials say that there were no injuries.

911 officials say that Anmoore EMS, Lost Creek Fire Department, Jane Lew Fire Department, Nutter Fort Fire Department and Harrison County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene. The Division of Highways is assisting.

911 officials say that crews moved the tractor trailer off of the roadway.

DOH officials say that I-79 southbound is expected to be shutdown for the next hour.
